Tea and Times

This morning i sat wrapped up in my big white duvet, my room bright in the morning light, reading The Times (admittedly Saturdays Times, but I hadn't got out of bed so hadn't bought Sundays), and had a lovely cup of tea in my favourite mug. I wish I could of done that all day! But work calls. For an architect student there seems to be a never ending reel of work to do! I was warned at the beginning of it all that there would be a hell of a lot of work. Still i'm determined, give it 7 or 8 years and my name will be all over detail magazine and maybe in the Times Supplements! 'Young Talent Storms Architecture World'.....?

In the way of my horid housemates... They are as horid as ever. However, the landlord has stepped in with the cleaning situation and there being forced to do it. This makes me very happy (me complaining to the letting agent was not a wasted rant after all!) So tomorrow were having house meeting and cleaning commences. And my lovely housemate Helen even bought a hoover (although only a few of us are allowed to use it as a hoover in an alien concept to most of them and they managed to destroy the last one). ?

Ive been feeling creative now for a few days but work has kept me snowed under. I am really feeling the need to paint or something. I might start a project for my Isle of Wight bedroom which is being re decorated very soon, courtesy of Mother Tate (who cannot sit still for 5 minutes, and still manages a full time job, with children! eugh).

And finally. I am making a late new years resolution to keep it classy on nights out. Lately I have been making an actual tit of myself (goes something along the lines of too many vodka and cokes)!! So less drinks I think, and my bank account might love me a tad more!

And to continue with this work, anyone want to say something about the Munster City Library?
